We have three delightful properties in which to spend a fabulous holiday in the Lakes. Cottontail Cottage is located in the friendly and vibrant village of Staveley located in the National Park (3 miles from Windermere) sleeps from one to six and Little Acorns and Cobbler's Cottage are located in the heart of Windermere. Little Acorns sleeps up to eight and Cobbler's Cottage sleeps two. Information on all properties can be found below.

Our aim is to provide a comfortable and relaxing holiday home with all the benefits of a modern home built into an 18th century cottage, so enjoy your holiday whilst reducing your carbon footprint!
Staveley has everything to offer to first or returning Lake District Visitor. The nearby Kentmere Valley offers some staggering scenery and great walking and cycling and the village itself is home to many a good pub and the increasingly popular Mill Yard where you will find a bakery, a wood turner, wheelbase mountain bike centre. The village also has a bus and train station for those choosing to leave the car at home, Windermere being the main platform from the south and just 5 minutes from Staveley.
The accommodation can sleep upto six in two double bedrooms and one twin bed room.

Little Acorns, Windermere
We are delighted to welcome you to Little Acorns in Windermere.
Little Acorns sleeps up to 8 people. The property is a four bedroomed original lakeland terraced house and is centrally located in Windermere with all amenities very close by. It has three double bedrooms plus one with full size bunk beds, two shower rooms, a large kitchen with breakfast table also separate dining room and cosy lounge. Features a private south-facing rear patio for enjoyment and entertaining.
Private parking for 2 cars is available plus free permit parking for a third car.

Cobbler's Cottage, Windermere NEW FOR 2010 available from May
Cobbler's Cottage a stylish one bedroom cottage tucked away in a quite location but in a central part of Windermere village close to shops, bars and restaurants - everything is right on your doorstep! Fifteen minuites walk from Bowness and the lake. The cottage offers a high standard of accommodation with well chosen quality fixtures and fittings. A perfect romantic get-away for two. Accommodation comprises a double bedroom, open plan lounge/kitchen diner to the 1st floor leading down to a large shower room and small utility room with washer/dryer to ground floor. Linen and towels are provided and a cot on request. Private parking for 1 car is available.
